This 6-week group is for moms in the thick of it—whether you’re freshly postpartum, expecting your second, or simply craving a space to talk about how much everything has changed. We talk about the real stuff: mental load, identity shifts, setting boundaries, and rediscovering your sense of self.
You don’t need to be diagnosed with anything to deserve support. You just need to show up.

Join us for a fun-filled playdate at the Hyrum State Park, where kids can enjoy the water or you can explore on a paddleboard or canoe—don’t forget your sunscreen, hats, and snacks!

Through guided forest bathing, you'll slow down, tune into nature, and experience deep calm. Then, learn Neurographic Art—a meditative drawing practice that helps process emotions and promote clarity.
