Join us for a rejuvenating yoga class created just for moms, hosted by The Motherhood Collective and led by the compassionate, trauma-informed instructor Taylor Bird. As a mother of two, Taylor brings both expertise and empathy to every class, creating a supportive space where you can breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or parenting young children, this class offers gentle movement and mindful practices to support your changing body and emotional well-being. Taylor offers specialized modifications for every stage of motherhood:

  • Prenatal: Stretch gently, build strength, and practice calming breathwork to prepare for labor and ease common discomforts.

  • Postpartum: Rebuild strength and core stability, release tension, and restore balance in a body that’s been through so much.

No matter where you are on your parenting journey, you’ll be met with care, community, and a moment of peace. All experience levels are welcome—just bring yourself.
