  • We offer both monthly and annual membership options for the Nova Collective Online Community.

    • Monthly Membership: $20 per month and can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.

    • Annual Membership: Billed once per year and provides access to the community for 12 months starting on the date you sign up.

  • Annual memberships are designed as a year-long commitment and generally cannot be canceled before the end of the 12-month term.

    However, we do allow a 30-day grace period after signup. If you choose to cancel within the first 30 days, the membership may be canceled with a $30 non-refundable administrative fee.

    If a serious medical circumstance arises, please reach out to us and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

    Need to pause? If life circumstances make it difficult to participate, we can pause your membership for up to 3 months. After the pause period ends, your membership will resume for the remaining time on your plan.

  • Your annual membership begins on the day you sign up and remains active for 12 months from that date. It will not expire until the same date the following year.

  • The Nova Collective community is designed to provide support, connection, and educational resources, but it is not a replacement for professional therapy or medical care.

    However, we do have licensed therapists on our team who are registered in multiple states. If you are interested in therapy services, you are welcome to reach out to us to discuss what options may be available.

  • Clients who are currently receiving therapy through Nova Therapy receive complimentary access to the Nova Collective Online Community. Simply speak with your provider to receive your member signup code.

  • Yes. If you would like to gift a membership or provide a scholarship for another parent, we would love to help make that possible. Memberships can be gifted for a month or for a full year. Please email us to arrange the details.

  • Our community is hosted on the MemberUp platform and can be accessed through any web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. There is no separate app required. Once you sign up, you will receive login instructions and can easily access the community anytime through your browser.

  • Yes. The platform is designed to be simple and user-friendly. Members can easily navigate between community chats, subgroups, resources, and weekly check-ins. If you ever have trouble accessing the platform, our team is happy to help.
